Every program at VEL is thoughtfully designed to address real-life problems \u2014 chronic pain, posture issues, recovery after delivery, hormonal imbalance, injury rehabilitation, stress, and mobility limitations that affect everyday living.
Over time, we have worked with individuals who came to us after struggling for months and even years with severe back pain, disc problems, joint stiffness, post-surgical weakness, and unresolved physiotherapy concerns. We have supported new mothers who silently battled physical exhaustion and emotional stress during what should be the most beautiful phase of their lives. We have seen seniors regain confidence in walking, professionals return to work without pain, and women feel like themselves again after delivery.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
